Summary
This study tests a special adhesive made with zinc oxide to hold catheters (thin tubes placed in veins) in place for hospitalized adults. The goal is to see if this device reduces complications like the catheter moving, skin irritation, vein inflammation, and pain. About 400 patients who need a midline or PICC line and are staying in the hospital for at least a week will take part.
