Summary
This study tested whether Mongolian medicine ZhenBao Pills help people recover arm function after an ischemic stroke. 216 adults who had a stroke within the past 30 days took either the pills or a placebo twice daily for 90 days. The main goal was to see if arm movement improved more with the real pills.
