Summary
This study tracks how well the Zenflow Spring System works in everyday medical practice for men with BPH (enlarged prostate). About 300 participants will be followed for a year to see if symptoms improve, how quickly they return to normal activities, and if any side effects occur. The goal is to understand the device's real-world safety and effectiveness.
