Summary
This study tested whether a nasal spray called zavegepant can safely and effectively treat migraine attacks in Asian adults. Over 1,400 participants took either the drug or a placebo when they had a moderate or severe migraine. The main goals were to see if the spray could stop pain and other bothersome symptoms like nausea or sensitivity to light within 2 hours.
