Summary
This study tests a new drug called zasocitinib for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a skin condition causing painful, pus-filled bumps. About 90 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 4 months, then all will get the drug for 8 more months. The goal is to see if zasocitinib safely reduces the number of bumps and abscesses.
