First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding the experimental drug zanzalintinib to two immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) is safe and can shrink tumors in people with metastatic soft tissue sarcoma. About 18 adults who have already tried 1 to 3 prior treatments will receive the combination. The main goal is to check for severe side effects and see how many patients respond.
