First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs—HDM201 and pazopanib—in people with advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma that has a normal p53 gene. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose of HDM201 when given with a fixed dose of pazopanib, and second, checking if the combination helps keep tumors from growing for at least 24 weeks. About 47 participants will be enrolled across multiple centers.
