First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at medical records of 15,000 adults with chronic B-cell cancers to compare the risk of developing atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) between two drugs, zanubrutinib and acalabrutinib. Researchers will analyze data from a health database to see which drug is linked to fewer heart problems. The goal is to help doctors choose the safer treatment option.
