Summary
This study looks at whether two similar cancer drugs, zanubrutinib and acalabrutinib, have different risks of causing an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation. Researchers will analyze health records from 15,000 adults with chronic B-cell cancers. The goal is to help doctors choose the safer option for each patient.
