NCT ID NCT06672562
First seen May 16, 2026 ยท Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests a therapy called Narrative Enhancement and Cognitive Therapy (NECT-Y) to see if it can reduce self-stigma in youth aged 14-29 with bipolar disorder or multiple mental health conditions. About 96 participants will either join a 14-week virtual group therapy or receive their usual care. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible by checking how many people sign up, stick with the program, and find it helpful.
