NCT ID NCT06181162
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teenagers living in disadvantaged urban areas can work with researchers and local leaders to create changes that make it easier to be active, sleep well, and spend less time on screens. About 1,000 teens from Denmark, the Netherlands, Nigeria, and South Africa will help design and test these changes over three years. The goal is to see if this youth-led approach can improve health habits and be used in other cities.
