Can yoga help teens manage chronic pain? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07325110
Summary
This study is testing whether a yoga-based occupational therapy program can help teenagers with chronic pain. Researchers want to see if the therapy improves the teens' awareness of their body's signals and their ability to do daily activities. About 49 adolescents, aged 11 to 21, will complete surveys before and after the 12-session program to measure any changes.
