First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a program combining yoga and mindful self-compassion can help women who have experienced interpersonal violence and feel distressed. About 48 women will be randomly assigned to either the yoga program or a general women's wellbeing education group. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, with a secondary look at whether it reduces depression, anxiety, and stress.
