Summary
This study tested whether watching nature scenes through a virtual reality headset could improve mood, reduce anxiety, and sharpen thinking in older adults. Thirty people aged 60 to 90 took part in five weeks of guided VR sessions. Researchers measured changes in positive and negative feelings, depression symptoms, and anxiety levels.
