Summary

This study tests AGENCIA, a brief psychological program supported by digital technology and artificial intelligence, to help teens aged 12-18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties like irritability, impulsivity, and conflicts. Participants are randomly assigned to an online self-guided version, an in-person version with a digital assistant, or a control group with general well-being information. The goal is to see if AGENCIA reduces difficulties and improves functioning, with follow-ups up to 6 months.
