Summary
This study tested whether a guided meditation called yoga nidra can help people who have trouble sleeping and feel stressed after a traumatic event. Sixty adults with moderate to severe insomnia and PTSD symptoms took part. They were assigned to either a short or long version of the meditation or a waitlist. The goal was to see if the study was practical and if the meditation might improve sleep and reduce stress.
