Yoga nidra may ease stress for nursing students in clinical training

Summary
This study looks at whether a guided relaxation practice called Yoga Nidra can lower stress, anxiety, and sleep problems in nursing students during their hospital training. About 110 fifth-year nursing students will take part. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires on stress, anxiety, sleep quality, and academic resilience.
