Summary

This study talks to adults from Asian, Black African, Black Caribbean, or Mixed backgrounds about their experiences with healthcare at home or in community centres. The goal is to learn what makes it easier or harder for them to use these services. In a second phase, the study focuses on falls prevention, interviewing people who deliver these programs to understand how to better serve ethnic minorities.
