Can virtual yoga ease the emotional strain of fertility treatment?

NCT ID NCT07415850

Summary

This study is testing whether a four-week virtual yoga program can help people feel better emotionally while going through IVF treatment. Researchers want to see if weekly yoga classes improve quality of life and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. They will compare a group doing yoga to a group receiving their usual care. The study involves 80 adults who are currently undergoing or scheduled for an IVF cycle.
