First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week online yoga program can improve quality of life, reduce joint pain, and lessen night sweats and hot flashes in women with breast cancer who are taking endocrine therapy. About 64 women will take part, with half doing yoga four days a week and the other half continuing their usual routine. The goal is to see if yoga helps manage common side effects of hormone treatment.
