NCT ID NCT06480513

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 4-month yoga program can reduce joint pain and stiffness in women with breast cancer who are on hormone therapy. About 140 women who have joint pain from their treatment will either take yoga classes twice a week plus home practice, or join a waiting list. The goal is to find a drug-free way to help women stay on their cancer treatment without pain getting in the way.
