Summary

This study looks at whether a specific yoga practice can help improve memory, attention, and thinking speed in people whose depression is in remission. Researchers will compare a group doing yoga plus their usual care to a group receiving only usual care. The goal is to see if yoga can help with lingering cognitive problems after depression.
