This study is testing whether a daily practice of Tao Calligraphy meditation and drinking so-called 'energized water' can improve symptoms of unipolar depression in adults. Fifty participants will be split into two groups to compare the effects over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these practices can improve mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
