Summary

This study tests a new drug called YH42946 in people with advanced solid tumors that have certain genetic changes (HER2 or EGFR). The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 161 participants will receive the drug, and the study is currently recruiting.
