Summary

This study looks at whether doing the "Xuong tan lac than" exercise for 12 weeks can improve joint flexibility and muscle endurance in healthy adults. About 34 volunteers will do the exercise daily and get their movement and nerve function tested regularly. The goal is to understand the exercise's effects on physical fitness.
