Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called XmAb657 in healthy volunteers and people with autoimmune diseases like scleroderma, Sjögren's, and inflammatory myopathies. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable when given as an injection under the skin. Up to 60 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
