Summary
This study compares two treatments for people with a severe stroke caused by a large blood clot. One group gets standard care (medication), and the other gets standard care plus a procedure to remove the clot. The goal is to see if clot removal leads to better recovery and less disability. About 286 adults with very large strokes will take part.
