First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether lying in a slight head-down position (20 degrees) can help people recover from a moderate stroke caused by narrowed arteries. Researchers will compare this position plus standard care to standard care alone in 600 participants. The goal is to see if more people achieve a good functional outcome (able to live independently) after 3 months.
