This study is screening 7,000 adults in Xinqiao who are at high risk for diabetes to catch early signs of the disease. Researchers will use continuous glucose monitors, eye exams, and bone density tests to track changes over time. The goal is to find effective ways to prevent diabetes and create a new model for managing high-risk groups.
