Summary
This trial tests whether a natural ointment called Xiang Lei Ointment can help heal diabetic ulcers better than standard care alone. The ointment aims to reduce inflammation and promote wound repair. The study will enroll 56 adults with diabetes and a foot or leg ulcer that is in the granulation (healing) phase.
