Summary
This study looks at whether a simple writing exercise about the future can help people with social anxiety feel better. 270 adults with high social anxiety will be asked to write about either a worst-case, best-case, or neutral future scenario. They will complete three online sessions over about three weeks, and researchers will track changes in their anxiety and mood symptoms.
