Can a blood clot help older mouths heal faster?

Summary
This study looks at how well the mouth heals after a tooth is pulled in younger and older adults. Half of the 12 participants will get a special blood product called platelet-rich fibrinogen placed in the extraction site. Researchers will compare healing and bone growth between the two age groups.
