Summary

This study tested a 12-month workplace wellness program designed to reduce stress and improve heart health for staff in long-term care facilities. It involved 159 staff and residents across six sites to see if the program was practical and showed early signs of working. Researchers also wanted to know if healthier staff behaviors would positively influence the health behaviors of the residents they care for.
