Summary

This study tests whether a two-day employment program can help young Black men who have sex with men stay engaged in HIV care. Researchers will ask 132 participants about their satisfaction and track changes in job-seeking confidence and sexual health visits over 13 months. The goal is to see if the program is practical and well-received.
