Summary
This study explored whether a psychological technique designed to enhance wisdom could help reduce depression in people who have had a stroke. Three participants from the UK's National Health Service (NHS) took part. Researchers tracked daily changes in mood, identity, self-esteem, and wisdom to see if the technique could improve well-being.
