First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether giving a medicine called Wilate to pregnant women with von Willebrand disease can prevent severe bleeding during and after childbirth. About 110 women will receive Wilate to keep their clotting factor levels high enough during delivery. The goal is to find the safest way to manage childbirth and reduce the risk of heavy blood loss.
