Summary
This study looks at why people with similar knee arthritis can have very different levels of pain. Researchers will study walking, brain activity, and knee structure in 300 adults aged 45-80 with chronic knee pain. Participants will complete surveys, physical tasks, knee X-rays and MRIs, brain scans, and sensory tests. The goal is to better understand what causes walking pain in knee osteoarthritis.
