Kidney Patients' exercise struggles under the microscope

Summary
This study looks at why people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) have trouble exercising and why their blood pressure rises during activity. Researchers will measure muscle oxygen and pH levels in 110 veterans with and without CKD. The goal is to understand the body's response, not to test a new treatment.
