Summary
This study tests whether whole body vibration training (standing on a vibrating platform) can improve brain function, bone health, and quality of life in adults 65 and older who have both muscle weakness and abdominal obesity. 120 participants will be split into a vibration group and a control group, with measurements taken over 6 months. The goal is to see if this simple exercise alternative offers real health benefits for this specific group.
