Summary

This study tests if whole-body cryotherapy (standing in a -120°C chamber for 3 minutes) can safely reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with endometriosis. Thirty participants with chronic pelvic pain will attend 5 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain changes and collect blood, saliva, and stool samples to understand how the body responds.
