Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called WELL-MPN can help adults with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) improve their diet, physical activity, symptoms, and quality of life. About 75 participants will be randomly assigned to use the app or receive standard written lifestyle materials. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and leads to real improvements in well-being.
