Heavy blankets tested to soothe pregnancy pains and sleepless nights

Summary
This study is testing whether using a weighted blanket can help pregnant women who experience leg cramps, poor sleep, anxiety, and stress. Fifty women in their third trimester will try using an 8kg weighted blanket for two weeks, after first going two weeks without it. Researchers will compare how the women feel during each period to see if the blanket makes a difference.
