Can changing your home or training your brain help you lose weight?
NCT ID NCT05143931
Summary
This study is testing if adding one of two behavior strategies to a standard weight loss program helps people lose more weight. The 'AVOID' strategy helps people change their home food environment, while the 'RESIST' strategy uses a game-like app to train impulse control. About 500 adults with overweight or obesity will follow the WW program for a year, with some also trying one or both of the new strategies.
