Summary

This study is testing a community weight loss program that has been specially adapted for women who have completed treatment for breast cancer. About 25 participants will attend virtual group sessions for six months, then join in-person community groups, while researchers track their weight, blood pressure, and overall health. The goal is to see if this tailored program helps survivors lose weight and improve their heart health and quality of life.
