Summary
This study tested whether a daily pill called orforglipron helps people maintain weight they had already lost in a previous trial. It involved 376 adults with obesity or overweight who had weight-related health issues. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the active pill or a placebo (dummy pill) to see which group did better at keeping the weight off.
