Summary
This early study is testing whether weight loss medications tirzepatide and semaglutide are practical and safe for endometrial cancer patients who are overweight or have diabetes and are undergoing chemotherapy. Researchers will enroll 36 patients to see if they can complete the treatment, monitor side effects, and track changes in weight and body composition. The goal is to help manage weight and blood sugar during cancer treatment.
