Summary
This study is testing a medication called efsubaglutide alfa to see if it can help people who are still obese six months after having metabolic (weight loss) surgery. It will involve 60 participants who will receive either the real drug or a placebo (dummy treatment) to compare results. The main goal is to see if the drug helps with further weight loss and improves related health conditions like high blood pressure and blood sugar.
