Can weight loss drugs help endometrial cancer patients during chemo?

Summary
This study tests whether weight loss drugs like tirzepatide and semaglutide are practical and safe for endometrial cancer patients who are overweight, obese, or have diabetes and are undergoing chemotherapy. About 36 participants will take weekly doses for 24 weeks. Researchers will track how many complete the treatment, side effects, and changes in weight and blood pressure.
