Mayo clinic tests new Heart-Health weight loss program

Summary
This study is testing a new type of clinic designed to help people who have both obesity and heart disease. It will follow 60 adults for one year to see if the clinic helps them lose weight, improve their diet and fitness, and reduce stress. The goal is to see if this combined approach can better manage these connected health conditions.
