Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help teenagers with obesity lose weight. The app is based on the idea that replacing unhealthy eating habits with healthy coping skills can lead to weight loss. About 38 teens aged 14-21 will try the app and provide feedback on how easy it is to use and whether it helps them change their eating behaviors.
