Summary

This study looks at whether a weight loss program designed for adults who have had knee replacement surgery can help them lose weight, be more active, and have less pain and better function. About 182 overweight adults who had a knee replacement within the last 6 months will take part. The program is compared to a standard chronic disease self-management program to see which works better.
